About modification of appendix to the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997

Single Article. - Notes to appendix to the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (repeated publication: 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. In case of sale of land, not occupied with structures and intended for building, except for the lands specified in Item 3 of these notes the following coefficients are applied to the standard price calculated proceeding from the rates specified in line item of the IV appendix:

0,7 - for municipiums of Belts, Bender, Tiraspol and 0,5 - for the settlements which are their part;

0,6 - for the cities of Kakhul, Keushen, Comrat, Edinets, Hynchesht, Orkhey, Rybnitsa, Soroka, Ungen, Aneny Noy, Kriulen, Yaloven, Streshen, Chadyr-Lunga;

0,5 - for other cities;

0,1-for villages (communes).".
