About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About cooperation of territorial communities" concerning streamlining of single questions of cooperation of territorial communities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About cooperation of territorial communities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 1167) the following changes:

1. To add part one of Article 1 with item 4 of the following content:

"4) the additional Treaty of Accession to cooperation - approved by all participants of cooperation of the transaction which makes changes to the current agreement about cooperation according to which one or several the interested territorial communities joins earlier organized cooperation, and also changes of certain conditions of such agreement regarding expansion of the territory, sources, the amounts of financing of cooperation, amendment of other terms of the contract without change of the subject of the agreement and form of cooperation can be provided".

2. In Article 4:

1) in part one:

in Item 3 of the word of "form of property infrastructure facilities" shall be replaced with words "patterns of ownership, infrastructure facilities";

in item 4 of the word "organizations and the organizations - joint infrastructure facilities" shall be replaced with words "organizations and the organizations, general infrastructure facilities";

To add 2) with part three of the following content:

"3. The cooperation can be performed in one form or combine elements of several forms (the agreement on cooperation with combination of several forms of cooperation). The provisions of this Law governing the relations which elements contain in the specified agreement are applied to the relations of the parties in the agreement on cooperation with combination of several forms of cooperation".

3. In part two of Article 6 of the word "according to the decision of village, settlement, city council" to exclude.

4. To add article 7 after part three with new part of the following content:
