Donate, with the consent of village council of Spey, the area Aneny-Noy, from property of the state, management of the Agency of public property, in property of administrative and territorial unit of Spey, the state company "Serele Moldovei Agricultural Firm", with the location in the village of Speya, the area Aneny-Noy, with all its assets and liabilities.

2. To the agency of public property together with village council of Spey to create the commission on transfer and in 30-day term to provide transfer of the state company "Serele Moldovei Agricultural Firm", according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. Suggest primeriya of the village of Spey to reorganize the state company "Serele Moldovei Agricultural Firm" by merging (accession) with the municipal company "Intreprinderea Intercomunitara de Utilitati Publice", the village of Speya, as the absorbing company, with the subsequent reorganization into other form of business and to transfer, whenever possible, personnel of the state company to the absorbing company.
