1. Reorganize the state company "The welfare periodic magazine "Moldova" (the attached legal entity) by its merging (accession) with public organization "National Library of the Republic of Moldova" (the attaching legal entity).
2. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to perform function of the founder of public organization "National Library of the Republic of Moldova" according to part (1) article 7 of the Law No. 160/2017 on libraries.
3. The rights and obligations of the attached legal entity completely pass to the attaching legal entity according to provisions of Article 205 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002.
