About modification of the Order of the Government No. 902/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Agency of public property

No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, and article 17 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 902/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Agency of public property (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 390-395, 1011), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 2 changes are made only in the text in Romanian;

b) in Item 6 changes are made only in the text in Romanian;

c) Item 9:

in letter (k) of the subitem 2) "joint-stock companies" shall be replaced with words words "commercial societies";

in the subitem 5):

in letter (u) of the word of "joint-stock companies from shares of the state" shall be replaced with words "commercial societies from shares of the state in the authorized capital";

in letter (v) of the word of "dividends from shares of the state" to replace with the text of "dividends (part of net profit) from shares (share in the authorized capital) of the state";

in letter (w) of the word of "dividends from shares of the state" to replace with the text of "dividends (part of net profit) from shares (share in the authorized capital) of the state";

d) in Item 13:

3) to exclude the subitem;
