About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11

1. Bring in the Instruction about the bases of appointment and procedure for technical inventory count of real estate, and also verification of characteristics of real estate when making registration actions approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11, the following changes:
in subitem 2.44 of the word "constructions and" shall be replaced with words "constructions and (or)";
to add subitem 2.54 after the words "verification of characteristics of real estate" with words "(further if other is not provided, – verification of characteristics)";
state subitem 2.72 in the following edition:
"2.72. technical data sheet – the resulting technical document constituted by results of technical inventory count of real estate (further if other is not provided, – technical inventory count) or verifications of characteristics, containing description of actual state of the real estate unit, the information about structure, the area and other its characteristics, accession number (in case of its availability), the address (location) and other data on the object created or changed according to the legislation;";
