About transfer of the state company "Medisan" with affiliated enterprises and modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Item and-1) part (1) Article 6 and Item c) parts (1) article 14 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, and parts (1) article 2 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Transfer from management of the State office to the control the Agencies of public property the state company "Medisan" with affiliated enterprises:

1) Affiliated enterprise with foreign investments "Sanatorium of "Moldova"" (Truskavets, Ukraine);

2) Affiliated enterprise with foreign investments "Sanatorium of "Sanatatea" (Mr. Sergeevk, Ukraine)".

2. To the agency of public property to perform function of the founder of the state company "Medisan" with its affiliated enterprises and to provide within 30 days introduction in accordance with the established procedure of necessary changes in constituent documents of the state company "Medisan", and also its affiliated enterprises with foreign investments in the territory of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid line item of the 12th appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 657/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, the Art. 724).
