1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2015 No. 13 "About rules of content and use in border area and borderland of aircraft" the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part two of article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 419-Z "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus", subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of subitem 1.1 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in subitem 1.2 of the word "weight" shall be replaced with words more than 1 kg ", except for model aircrafts,";
