About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following changes:

1. The size, procedure and payment due dates of collection for use of water resources and water objects are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The natural reserves, botanical gardens, wildlife areas, nature sanctuaries, dendrology parks and zoological parks which are in the state-owned and municipal property, cultural institutions, sciences, educations, health cares and other organizations and the organizations financed by the government budget are exempted from collection for use of water resources.

Water users are exempted from payment of collection for use of surface water as for natural resource:

- when using water for the purposes of power generation, including renewable energy;

- when using water for the purpose of irrigation of agricultural production, forestry, green plantings, cultivation and cultivation of fish within the set limit;

- when using water for watering place of livestock and watering of personal plot;

- when using water for drinking and economic domestic needs;

- when implementing intake of water for drinking needs of the population;

- in case of sanitary and ecological omissions of water;

- when using water for the sports and improving purposes, rest and amateur fishery;

- when carrying out the state monitoring of water objects and other natural resources, and also geodetic, topographical, hydrographic and search and film-making works;
