To department of forced execution of decisions of Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine subordinated decisions which contain the data which are the state secret, the decision of the Supreme anti-corruption court on application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 11 parts one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" (in case of determination by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of procedure for execution of such decision it is forced according to the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding"), and also decisions, on which:".
2. To department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov of m) to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
3. To management of justice and punitive justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik E.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
