About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits"

Article 1. 1. At the end of Articles 4.0.2.3 and 7.0.13 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Articles 4.0.2.4 and 7.0.14 of the following content:

"4.0.2.4. Benefit for support of the main material living conditions for the specialists working at the exempted territories of the Azerbaijan Republic.";

"7.0.14. Benefit for support of the main material living conditions for the specialists working at the exempted territories of the Azerbaijan Republic - in case of execution of an employment agreement for the term of at least one year for work in the exempted territories of the Azerbaijan Republic taking into account Article 21-1 of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic.";

1.2. In Article 9.3 of the word "and on burial" shall be replaced with words "on burial and providing the main material living conditions of the specialist working at the exempted territories of the Azerbaijan Republic".

Article 2. This Law is effective from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2028.
