Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses the following changes:

The Code to add 1) with Article 102-1 of the following content:

"Article 102-1. Disrespect for the pedagogical worker

1. The disrespect for the pedagogical worker in case of execution of the job responsibilities by it expressed as strong language, obscene behavior, offensive sticking, demonstration of indecent gestures (signs) or objects including through mass media or telecommunication networks, -

attracts the prevention or imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators.
