About recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 27, 2017 No. 643 "About approval of Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to legal entities on cost recovery on the treatment of radioactive waste and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 23, the Art. 3342);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 19, 2020 No. 182 "About modification of Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to legal entities on cost recovery on the treatment of radioactive waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 8, the Art. 1042);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2473 "About modification of Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to legal entities on cost recovery on the treatment of radioactive waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 3, the Art. 598).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
