Having heard the judge-speaker Kolesnik V. P. and having researched case papers, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

decided:

1. Recognize not corresponding Constitutions of Ukraine (is unconstitutional), the paragraph third parts two of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" of January 16, 2020 as No. 463-IX according to which "pedagogical employees of the public and utility institutions of general secondary education who reached retirement age and to whom the old-age pension is paid, working at basis of the employment contracts signed from one to three years" owing to what the possibility of the conclusion of termless employment contracts with this category of pedagogical workers is excluded.
