About rent housing for the military personnel

For the purpose of ensuring social legal guarantees for the military personnel in the field of the housing relations:

1. Determine that:

1.1. amounts of rent housing which construction is performed at the expense of means of the republican budget within the state investing program for providing the military personnel with it are annually determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus taking into account the requirement created by state bodies in which the military service (service) is provided (further - service);

1.2. the rent housing provided in accordance with the established procedure on terms of the contract of hiring in connection with nature of the office relations (further - rent housing), is transferred to the military personnel staying on the registry of the housing conditions needing improvement to property according to their statements taking into account the features established by this Decree:

in the presence of 20 calendar years of period of service on service (further - period of service) - on paid basis on estimated value, but not above market cost which is determined by results of the independent assessment which is carried out according to the legislation on estimative activities;

in the presence of 25 calendar years of period of service - it is non-paid. At the same time the serviceman who used the state support, rent housing is transferred to the possession on paid basis at the cost specified in the paragraph the second this subitem, except as specified, when the right to the state support according to legal acts can be exercised repeatedly;

1.3. transfer of rent housing to property of the military personnel or citizens specified in part one of subitem 1.8 of this Item is performed in the relation:

premises of republican housing stock - according to the decision of state bodies in which the service is provided of other state bodies and the organizations entering their system (structure) or subordinated to them in operational management (economic maintaining) of which there are such rooms;
