About modification of the Regulations on procedure for creation and disclosure of information by the companies on asset management and persons exercising asset management of non-state pension funds, and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About insurance" the National commission on securities and the stock market solved:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for creation and disclosure of information by the companies on asset management and persons exercising asset management of non-state pension funds, and the submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of the October 2, 2012 No. 1343, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2012 for No. 1764/22076 (in edition of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 12, 2021, No. 2), the following changes:

1) in the Section IV:

in the paragraph the second Item 1 after the word "consists" to add with the word "only";

the paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. Disclosure of information on the Company and ISI which assets the Company manages by its publication on own website is performed by the Company only according to requirements of article 76 of the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment" and this Item.";

2) in Appendix 3 to this Provision:

"insurance company" in all cases and numbers to replace words with the word "insurer" in the corresponding cases and numbers;
