2. The subscription undertakes only in cases when reasons to believe are had that disclosure of data of the investigation can negatively affect results of investigation of crime, for the purpose of protection of collected proofs on case which publicity can entail their loss, create conditions for their destruction by the suspect or the person accused that will allow them to abscond and vessels, to prevent the investigation otherwise, and also in case of need protection of the secrets protected by the law, honor, advantage and goodwill of the suspect, the person accused, the victim, witnesses and safety of other participants of criminal procedure.
