About modification of some legal acts in the field of traffic safety

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses the following changes:

Article 28 to add 1) with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) deprivation of the right of control of vehicles;";

The Code to add 2) with Article 31-1 of the following content:

"Article 31-1. Deprivation of the right of control of vehicles

1. Deprivation of the right of control of vehicles granted to physical person is applied for violation of procedure for use of this right in the cases provided by Articles of the Special part of this Code.

2. Deprivation of the right of control of vehicles is appointed by court.

3. Deprivation of the right of control of vehicles cannot be applied to persons who use these means in connection with disability, except as specified managements are able alcoholic, drug intoxication, and also leaving of the place of the road accident which participants they are.";

3) in Article 34:

a) add part 2 with Item 4-1 of the following content:
