About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2021 No. 103

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the State program "Energy saving" for 2021-2025 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2021 No. 103, the following changes:

in Chapter 6 in part twenty sixth of the word to "appendices 7 and 7-1" and "appendices 8 and 8-1" to replace respectively with words "to appendices 7, 7-1 and 7-2" and "to appendices 8, 8-1 and 8-2";

in Chapter 7:

in part seven of figure "539", "144" and "125" to replace respectively with figures "542", "145" and "126";

the ninth to exclude part;

in the table 2 of appendix 1 to this State program line item

replace with line item

to be reworded as follows appendices 3-6 to this State program (are applied);

add the State program with appendices 7-2 and 8-2 (are applied);

to state the interlinear note "1" in annex 9 to this State program in the following edition:

The amount of expense of local TER is equal to the amount of amount of expense of local types of fuel and waste in form 12-tek (corresponds to line 110 in column 2 of the Section I), production volumes of heat and electrical energy own power sources due to the energy use of water, wind, the sun, geothermal sources in form 12-tek (correspond to line 142 in columns 4 and 5 of the Section I) increased by coefficients of 0,143 and 0,123 respectively, amounts of development of electrical energy by own power sources due to energy use of water, wind, the sun, biogas according to official figures of GPO "Belenergo" on not respondents 12-tek increased by 0,123 coefficients (for energy of water, wind and the sun) and 0,351 (for biogas).

The total amount of expense of KPT is equal to KPT expense amount amount in form 12-tek (corresponds to line 110 in column 1 of the Section I) and biogas use amounts by not respondents 12-tek, calculated as amounts of development of electrical energy by own power sources due to biogas use according to official figures GPO "Belenergo" increased by 0,351 coefficient.";
