passing of military service by the insurer in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under the contract or stay on military service (service) in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, in the military forming and bodies specified in Item 6 of article 1 of the Federal Law of May 31, 1996 to No. 61-FZ "About defense" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 23, Art. 2750; 2018, No. 1, the Art. 57), on condition of participation in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions;
