Questions of payment to insured persons of the help in case of the birth of the child and on child care before achievement of three-year age by it

According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2007" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that in 2007 the help in case of the birth of the child and on child care before achievement of three-year age by it to insured persons at the expense of means of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on payment of the help to families with children, to needy families, disabled people since the childhood, to handicapped children and temporary government assistance to children (further - subvention):

since January 1 - it is appointed bodies of work and the social population of protection in the place of residence of insured persons;

in the I quarter - it is paid by insurers and working bodies of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disabilities and its departments (further - working bodies of Fund) to insured persons to whom it is appointed and it was paid in 2006. Means of subvention are transferred by bodies of work and social protection of the population into accounts of insurers and working bodies of Fund. In case of non receipt by insured person of means their remaining balance returns the insurer or working body of Fund to the account of relevant organ of work and social protection of the population;

in the II-IV quarters - it is paid by bodies of work and social protection of the population in the place of residence of insured persons.

2. Recommend to insurers and to working bodies of Fund to give to bodies of work and social protection of the population in place of registration of the insurer or working body of Fund:

till January 15, 2007 lists of insured persons on payment types with indication of total quantity of receivers of the help in case of the birth of the child and on child care before achievement of three-year age by it and the request for the amount of the means necessary for its payment, in the form established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy;
