About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and feature of creation of reports on accomplishment of passports of budget programs for 2022 and implementation of efficiency evaluation of budget programs for 2022

According to Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, considering conditions of martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of the warlike situation in Ukraine" approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"", I order:

1. Add the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 29, 2002 with No. 1098 "About passports of budget programs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2003 at No. 47/7368, after Item 3 item 4 of the following content:

"4. Determine that in 2023 as exception to the rules of creation of passports of the budget programs and reports on their accomplishment approved by this order, the main managers constitute reports on accomplishment of passports of budget programs for 2022 taking into account the following:

1) in Item 6 of the Report on accomplishment of the passport of the budget program:

all tasks determined in the approved passport of the budget program are specified and also tasks which were carried out within the budget program in the accounting period according to the management decisions accepted in the conditions of warlike situation are applied;

for each task which was not determined in the approved passport of the budget program the mark becomes "(is added)";
