Approve changes in procedure for the decision making about registration/refusal in registration of tax delivery notes / calculations of adjustment in the Unified register of tax delivery notes approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 12, 2019 No. 520, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 13, 2019 at No. 1245/34216, of enclosed.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective in 15 days from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
