About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning assistance of import to customs area of Ukraine of unmanned aerial vehicles and some other goods
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 9-24 of the following content:
"9-24. Temporarily, for action of the warlike situation in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, but no more than till January 1, 2024, the unmanned aerial vehicles classified in goods item 8806 according to UKT foreign trade activities are exempted from the taxation by import duty (except the 8806th 10, 8806 29 20th 00, 8806 99 20th 00), riflescopes, collimator sights (collimators), sights of night vision or thermovision sights classified in commodity subcategories 9013 10 90th 00, 9013 80 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities, thermovision field-glasses and monoculars, devices of night vision (field-glasses and monoculars) classified in commodity subcategories 9005 10 00th 00, 9005 80 00 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities the portable radio stations classified in commodity subcategories 8517 62 00th 00, 8517 69 30th 90, 8517 69 90 00 according to UKT foreign trade activities imported on customs area of Ukraine for free circulation by the companies or citizens including move (are sent) to customs area of Ukraine in international post and express departures.
Measures of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity, including measure of the state export control are not applied to the goods specified in this Item, except military goods.
