About approval of categories of the legal entities serviced by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", for the purpose of refining of categories of the legal entities serviced by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the following categories of the legal entities serviced by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
stock exchange, central depositary;
organizations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
the organizations, fifty and more percent of shares (shares) of which belong to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan which activities are to some extent connected with concentration or redistribution of financial resources, provision of services of infrastructure of the financial market, or the developments which are institutes legal entities whose servicing by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan;
state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations;
the international and intergovernmental organizations which member is the Republic of Kazakhstan;
the legal entities who are not residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, serviced on board decision of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Kazakhstani tenge and any of freely-convertible, currencies can be currency of business bank accounts.
Bank accounts in the Kazakhstani tenge and in any foreign currency, and also accounts in the affined precious metals can be opened for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the accumulation pension fund which are on custodial servicing in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
