RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About additional measures for the accelerated solution of social and economic tasks and improvement of welfare of the population of the city of Tashkent

For the purpose of development of infrastructure makhally, repair of internal roads, walking paths, engineering and communication objects makhally the city of Tashkent, injured during sharp decrease in air temperature:

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance and khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent on allocation to khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent of non-interest loan in the amount of 584 billion sum at the expense of Fund of reconstruction and development (further - Fund) on development of infrastructure makhally, repair of internal roads, walking paths, engineering and communication objects makhally the city of Tashkent, injured during sharp decrease in air temperature, and also construction of nurseries and sports grounds, creation of microsquares in the territory waved, irrigational works, repair of roofing and front parts of multi-storey houses, and also improvement, repair and other construction works on the objects which are positively influencing mood and quality of life of the population.

Determine that 200 billion sum of the specified borrowing facilities return to Fund at the expense of additional sources of the local budget of the city of Tashkent in the IV quarter 2023, 384 billion sum - in every quarter 2024 in equal shares.
