About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 12, the Art. 1026) the following changes:

3) is determined by procedure for the organization, functioning, financing and material logistics of work in the field;

4) is approved by the List of the state bodies, local government bodies and organizations given authority on reference of data to the state secrets;

5) approves the Instruction for providing the mode of privacy in the Kyrgyz Republic;

6) the procedure for reference of state bodies, local government bodies and organizations to category of especially important and sensitive sites approves, their functioning, and also approves the list of the territories which are temporarily closed for visit by foreign citizens and stateless persons;
