About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of work of archives of the state bodies and other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2012 No. 143:

to add Item 302 after part two with part of the following content:

"Boxes shall have folding cover, to be made of acid-free cardboard, shall not contain metal brackets, adhesive tape. The size and form of boxes for documents of the A4 format (210 x 297 mm) shall correspond to the following parameters: height is 180 mm, width is 300 mm, length is 400 mm.";

in Item 304 part one:

after the word "labels" to add with the words "on box (sheaf) in form according to appendix 41-1";

add part with the offer of the following content: "Labels on box are drawn up by means of technical means, pasted to boxes by glue on the center of cover taking into account method of placement of box on rack in archive of the organization.";
