About modification of some regulations (cooperation of bodies of local public authority by means of associations of intercommunitarian development)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 10 of the Law on the state land management, the state land cadastre and monitoring of lands No. 1247/1992 (1992, No. 12, Art. 366), with subsequent changes, to add the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Bodies of local public authority can perform activities for maintaining land cadastre by means of associations of intercommunitarian development into which they enter, or by means of delegation of these powers to other body of local public authority.".
Art. II. - Part (3) article 160 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with the offer: "According to the legislation of power of tax collectors can be performed by means of associations of intercommunitarian development which includes relevant organ, or they can be delegated to other bodies of local public authority.".
Art. III. - In the Law on public services of municipal services No. 1402/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 14-17, of the Art. 49), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Item c) parts (Article 14 to state 4) in the following edition:
"c) cooperation and/or consolidation with other administrative and territorial units, including by means of associations of intercommunitarian development, for the joint organization and delivery (rendering) of the public services relating to the sphere of municipal services and/or for realization of investments of common interest, in development of technical infrastructure;".
2. Add the law with Article 15-1 of the following content:
