Item 35 Corrected collections, calculations, payments and penalties of utilization collection concerning wheel vehicles (chassis) and trail cars to them, and also return and offset of excessively paid or excessively collected amounts of this collection approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2013 No. 1291 "About utilization collection concerning wheel vehicles (chassis) and trail cars to them and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 2, Art. 115), to state in the following edition:

"35. Return of excessively paid (collected) utilization charges is made in currency of the Russian Federation. In case of return of excessively paid (collected) utilization charges of the amount are not indexed and the commission fee on banking activities is paid for the account of the transferred funds.

On cash amount, paid as advance payments on account of discharge of duty on payment of utilization collection, percent are not charged.
