"35. The corresponding draft of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about approval of the defense order approved with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is introduced in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within two months from the date of entry into force of the law on the republican budget for the corresponding planning period according to appendix 2 to these rules.
Refining of the defense order is made in case of refining and (or) adjustment of the republican budget.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
