About entering of amendments into the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. No. ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" to add article 33 of the Law of March 4, 1996 with parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:

"2.1. During implementation of process of continuous professional development – providing the minimum necessary credits provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 4 of this Article remains the workplace established by the agreement or the individual legal act on employment and also base pay at least in 10 days for everyone workers year, and the relations connected with preserving the salary in the days exceeding the specified term are regulated by mutual consent of the employer and medic.

The beginning of participation in process of providing the credits of continuous professional development, is fixed according to the application of the medic submitted to the employer, and the termination – availability of the certificate on continuous professional development received by it.

2.2. The right to preserving the salary at least in 10 days in each work year during five-year cycle of implementation of process of continuous professional development, is provided only in this work year and in case of its not realization is not postponed to the following work years.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
