About entering of amendments into the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further – the Law) after the word "additive" to add the subitem "b" of Item 2 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of December 12, 2013 with the words "or for qualification of the military personnel of the officer, unter-officer and ordinary structures of contractual military service holding the positions having functions on implementation, planning or control of fighting tasks-the additive to official rate established by absolute cash value".

Article 2. In article 7 of the Law:

To add 1) with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. For qualification by results of certification in the procedure established by the law the allowance which is estimated by additive and the official rate established by absolute cash value is issued to the military personnel of officer, unter-officer and ordinary structures of contractual military service holding the positions having functions on implementation, planning or control of fighting tasks.";

Part 7 after the words "paid to the judge" to add 2) with words ", and also established by part 6.1 of this Article".
