About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following changes:

"-for the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of investment - the document issued by authorized state body on promotion of investments, the confirmatory contribution to economy of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in article 14-2 of this Law.";

The Law to add 2) with Article 14-2 of the following content:

"Article 14-2. Effective periods of investment visas

Investment visas are issued for term:

- 5 years if the investor made contribution to national economy cash and material values, at least ten million som equivalent to the amount;

- 10 years if the investor made contribution to national economy cash and material values, at least twenty million som equivalent to the amount.

The investor has the right to make contribution to national economy in foreign currency.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
