About modification and amendments in the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 9 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" the words "13 and 14.4" shall be replaced with words "13, 14.4 and 16.1".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 14 of the Law after the words "in Anti-corruption committee" with words ", Special investigative service".

Article 3. To add part 2 of article 14.2 of the Law after the words "in the Investigative Committee" with words ", in Special investigative service".

Article 4. Article 16.1 of the Law:

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Serving in Anti-corruption committee the allowance for every year of service in the divisions of Anti-corruption committee performing operational search activities in the amount of two percent is paid.";

To add 2) with part 2.2 following of content:

"2.2. The general size of the allowance paid to the employee in Anti-corruption committee cannot exceed the size established by part 2 of article 6 of this Law.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication, except for parts 1 of article 4 of this Law which becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
