About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Passport of the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of November 30, 2011 No. ZR-287 "About the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia":
Shall be replaced with words 1) in parts 2 and 3 of the word "December 31, 2022" in the corresponding case forms "on December 31, 2023", and regarding 2 words "April 1, 2023" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "on April 1, 2024";
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. From January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024 issue (exchange) of the passports provided by this Law stops. The passports issued to the citizen of the Republic of Armenia till January 1, 2023 are considered valid, except as specified, established by part 1 of article 7 of the Law.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since December 30, 2022.
