About modification of some Orders of the Government (consolidation of institutional opportunities of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 695/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 797), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of figure "73" to replace with figures "84";

b) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. In the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry three state secretaries, one secretary general of the ministry, one deputy secretary general of the ministry and board act.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) 12) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"12) land reclamation, land relations and monitoring of lands";

b) add Item 7 with subitems 3-1) and 3-2) of the following content:

"3-1) reduction of industry policy in compliance with chapters about accession to the European Union for the purpose of development of the Contribution of the Republic of Moldova to the Annual packet of expansion of the European Union and gradual preparation for opening of negotiations on accession of the Republic of Moldova for the European Union;

3-2) implementation of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand;";

c) in Item 10 the text "and also the secretary general of the ministry who is the government employee - the upper manager, appointed to position" to replace with the text "and also the secretary general of the ministry and the deputy secretary general of the ministry who are government employees - upper managers, appointed to position";
