a) the division of financial intelligence of the Russian Federation participating in implementation of the Agreement of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction of October 15, 2021 (further - the Agreement), is the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring;

b) the competent authorities of the Russian Federation participating in implementation of the Agreement are the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation;

c) cooperation with divisions of financial investigation and competent authorities of foreign states - agreement parties perform:

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation - concerning rendering legal assistance (including delivery of documents, search and seizure of property), conducting investigation and search operations, exchange of information, carrying out consultations;
