About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2020 No. 93 and of November 6, 2020 No. 94

Based on part two of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 161-Z "About drug circulation", parts two of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of implementation of state registration (confirmation of state registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2015 No. 254, of paragraph two of subitem 8.14-1, of the paragraph of the ninth subitem 8.17 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. to exclude the paragraph of the sixth part three of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out complex of the preliminary technical works preceding the state registration of medicines approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2020 No. 93,;

1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 6, 2020 No. 94 "About clinical trials (testing) of medicines":

in preamble of the word "According to Parts" shall be replaced with words "Based on parts";

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of performing clinical trials (testing) of medicines approved by this resolution:
