If receipt of such documents or data by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, then they, with the consent of the organizer of lottery, are subject to reclamation at the relevant state body (structure) based on request or to providing lottery with the organizer.".
2. To add Article 8.9.1 after the word of "Law" with words "(taking into account case, the stipulated in Clause 8.6 presents of the Law)".
