By results of certified inspection by the commission the statement of certified inspection (further - the act) in duplicate in form, according to appendix 6 to these rules with indication of actual state of organizational structure, processes and documentation of the Applicant, conclusions, recommendations and the conclusion about possibility (impossibility) of issue of the certificate is drawn up.
The act is signed by all members of the commission and goes to the applicant for acquaintance. The act goes within 3 three working days from signature date of the Act all members of the commission, by means of mail service the registered mail with the notification or in electronic form by means of the electronic communication channels providing the guaranteed delivery of messages or purposely.
From the date of the direction to the applicant of the act calculation of term of certification stops before submission of the signed act by the applicant to authorized organization.
