1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" the following amendment:

to add appendix 12 to the specified resolution in the line, sequence number 6, of the following content:

The procedure and conditions of payment of the specified surcharge are established by the central executive body in the field of civil protection

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2023.
