1. Item a) to add articles 9 after the word "stay" with words "(taking into account requirements of Article 23-3 of this provision)".
2. Add with Article 23-3 of the following content:
"23-3. If receipt of the documents or data necessary for registration at the place of residence and the place of stay, from the relevant state body (structure) by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" perhaps, then the specified documents or data are not subject to reclamation at the applicant. If receipt of such documents or data by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, then they, with the consent of the applicant, are subject to reclamation at the relevant state body (structure) based on request or to providing with the applicant.".
