If receipt of the documents or data necessary in connection with acceptance on service in law-enforcement bodies, from the relevant state body (structure) by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" perhaps, then the specified documents or data are not subject to reclamation at person who addressed for acceptance on service in law-enforcement bodies. If receipt of such documents or data by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, then they, with the consent of person who addressed for acceptance on service in law-enforcement bodies, are subject to reclamation at the relevant state body (structure) based on request or to providing with this person.".
