About stimulation of development of production of precious metals and gemstones

According to rate of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on broad attraction of foreign investments and advanced technologies in the mining industry and for the purpose of effective use of the export potential of the country I decide:

1. Determine that:

the affined precious metals and gemstones made in the Republic of Tajikistan after the corresponding processing, sorting and assessment are implemented for freely convertible currency taking into account the prices which developed on the London association of the market of precious metals;

producers of precious metals and gemstones, including joint businesses with participation of the foreign capital, have the right to their export, at the same time the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has the privilege to purchase of these products at the implementable prices less insurance of the freight, commission and other payments.

To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

prepare and submit for consideration by Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of suggestion for improvement of system of the taxation, the republics directed to stimulation of foreign investments in the mining industry, and also on other questions requiring change of the legislation in connection with adoption of this Decree;

make relevant decisions on regulation of the relations connected with precious metals and gemstones including the countries directed to replenishment of gold and foreign exchange reserves, providing stipulated by the legislation foreign investments;

bring earlier made decisions into accord with this Decree.
