In "Regulations on procedure for issue of the Certificate on the return to the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 10, 2007 No. 267-IIIQ (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 4, Article 315; 2008, No. 3, Article 158, No. 10, Article 886; 2013, No. 5, Article 476, No. 11, Article 1296) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. If receipt of the documents which are required for issue of the certificate from the relevant state body (structure) by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" perhaps, then the specified documents are not subject to reclamation at the applicant. If receipt of such documents by means of the Information system "Electronic Government" is impossible, then they, with the consent of the applicant, are subject to reclamation at the relevant state body (structure) based on request or to providing with the applicant.".
2. To add article 9 after the word "Provisions" with words "(taking into account requirements of article 7-1 of this Law)".
