1. The diamond fund of the Republic of Tajikistan is component of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Tajikistan and represents meeting of unique nuggets of the precious metals and precious unique stones having historical and art value, and also meeting of unique jewelry and other products from precious metals and gemstones.

3. The diamond fund of the Republic of Tajikistan is replenished with values from the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Selection and assessment of the values carried to unique, and which are subject to transfer in Diamond fund of the Republic of Tajikistan and also their description are made by commission of experts of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
5. Are subject to transfer in Diamond fund of the Republic of Tajikistan:
diamonds weighing 30 carats, and also diamonds, unique on color, form and quality (the cost equivalent 3000, 0 US dollars and more for 1 carat);
