1. Add with Articles 29.0.10-1 and 29.0.10-2 of the following content:
"29.0.10-1. establishment of rules of change of educational institution, specialty, education form studying at bachelor degree levels (the basic (the basic highest) of medical education) and magistracies of the highest educational institution, their exception of educational institution or recovery in educational institution, and also temporary suspension of training of students (provisions of the academic leave by it);
29.0.10-2. establishment of rules of change of educational institution, specialty, form of education by students in average special educational institutions, their exceptions of educational institution or recovery in educational institution, and also temporary suspension of training of students (provision of the academic leave by it);".
2. in Article 32.3.7 of the word "and specialty" shall be replaced with words ", specialty and form of education, to be expelled from educational institution and recovered in educational institution".
