1. Suspend till January 1, 2024 part two of Item 48 and Item 51 of Rules of application of authorization system of the motor transportations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international message approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 353 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11704) for the carriers registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
2. To committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 5 working days prior to entry into force of this order and completion of term, the stipulated in Item 1 this order to carry out informing subjects of entrepreneurship by means of mass media.
3. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
