Article 1

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of notes to Article 198 of the word "in the amount of, determined" "according to the procedure and the size, determined";

2) in Article 199:

a) in paragraph four of part two of the word "up to six years" shall be replaced with words "up to five years";

b) in Item 2 of notes of the word "in the amount of, determined" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure and the size, determined";

3) in Article 199.1:

a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "up to six years" "up to five years";
